All of our loops have been recorded with top quality instruments and gear like Fender Guitars, Caparison Guitars, Ovation Guitars, Universal Audio, Fractal Audio, Neural DSP etc.

We know for a fact that a lot of times, loops made with real instruments can sound off-rhythm (in a bad way, not a cool swing) when drums come in. We make sure that everything sounds good with drums as we test each loop and edit properly before exporting. Loops are also processed with UAD and more top quality plugins and analog gear.

These loops are NOT Royalty Free. Splits are included, however you don't have to worry until your song or beat gets big numbers:

1) For Producers:
A- Non exclusive/lease sales:
50% split from sales is applied ONLY AFTER a instrumental using one or more of the loops gets 70,000 views on youtube or 7,000 plays on the beat selling platform (for example beatstars). 50% beat publishing is applied from the time composition is made/released.
B- Major label deals:
Guitarloopstation needs to be noticed and included in all negotiations.
C- All other uses (for example sync TV or Film licenses etc):
Guitarloopstation and Creator of each pack get 50% from all profits (for example fee, master royalties, publishing royalties etc)


2) For Artists:
A-Publishing:
If "New Song" composition consists only of elements composed by Creator of each pack gets 50% song publishing

If "New Song" composition consists of Creator's melodies and other elements, Creator gets 25% song publishing

B- Net Song Royalty:
From "New Song" streams/views, Creator gets 20% Net Song Royalty (eg distrokid) ONLY AFTER "New Song" gets more than 1,000,000 audio streams (for example 500,000 monetized views on youtube + 500,001 streams on platforms)

From any other money made (for example TV or Film sync licenses etc) Creator gets 20% Net Song Royalty, meaning 20% from any money made from the song (except streams, mentioned earlier)

C- For Major Label deals:
Guitarloopstation needs to be noticed and included in the negotiations

So basically you don't have to worry about splits until your song or beat gets pretty big.

Legal action will be taken for any use against the terms.
Ignorance or failing to read this text document is no excuse/exception to the consequences of legal action taken.
